Use Wellstone Oral Tonsil Stone Cleaner morning and night for up to 60 days. If your breath doesn't feel fresher, or it simply isn't for you, contact us within 60 days of your order being delivered and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need to send the bottle back.
The guarantee covers one order per customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of us confirming. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the email address you ordered with. You don't need to give a reason, but if you tell us what didn't work for you, it helps us improve.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Your legal rights
Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 60-day guarantee is in addition to these rights and doesn't affect them.
